I had a slow leak from the dishwasher drain that took months to show up. By that time there was significant damage to the wood floor and insurance would not pay. RestoreMaster worked to make my expense manageable. The repair required several workers over a 3-4 month time. They were all skilled at their jobs and polite. As project manager, Ben Vargas did a great job of communicating with me, responding to my concerns and reassuring me. I was particularly impressed with the skill of Elias and Murat doing cabinetry and tile work. The process was long but the kitchen has been perfectly restored to my satisfaction at relatively little stress to us. There is still a slow drain but I have been promised that a plumber will come to take care of this. I highly recommend this company for restoration.

Del had some great options for replacing our carpet and replaced 3 rooms for way less than anyone else locally. SJ was fantastic at setting up our appointment, showing us samples, prepping our rooms for the new carpet and getting everything installed in less than 3 hours by himself! Junior at Restoremaster is a kind, polite, super accountable and VERY professional. He helped me with a hidden mold situation in my bathroom (luckily we caught it at an early stage. System / pipes were good. Tenants probably had sink clogged and had flash flood without telling me ). Junior knows how to explain everything to customers and doesn’t roll his eyes if you have questions about the mitigation /remodeling process or cost . He understands homeowners and know we have a say in our project. He is open and seems to welcome cultural diversity. He is an excellent Product Manager who understands all the aspects of his business, from the “ hands on job “ to accounting. He is always glad to help. I don’t give 5 stars because of other Restoremaster professionals I encountered before him- Junior jumped in, took the lead, and solved my problem ( he has great communication skills and is always committed to help customers ).Elias did my bathroom remodeling . I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Julio. Julio was very professional, responsive and attention to details! I made my initial call in the evening and with in 24 hours he was in my home determining the cause of my water leak. The team came in to my home made the repairs and left my home more beautiful then it already was! If I had to do it again I would work with Julio in a heart beat! I had some plumbing issues over the weekend, which lead to water leaking from my second floor down into my basement. I called first thing morning after all plumbing repairs were done. Kelby the project manager had Andrew dispatched out who arrived within 30 minutes who set up all the fans and got some of my ceiling removed to help dry out everything. After Micheal got the all clear he came back to remove the rest of the ceiling and walls that needed to be removed since some of it was still damp. When all the was dry Brad and Danny came out and replaced all the drywall and painted, which was able to be finished in 2 days. Del came out and replaced padding to the floor and placed my carpet back into place. They cleaned the carpet and it smells amazing. Kelby came out and did my estimate and dealt with my insurance and coordinating all the work needing to be done. I just want to say thank you to everyone who helped out! Everyone was very prompt and on time. They all were very professional/polite and knew what they were doing. I am very pleased with this company and will use them in the future if needed and def will refer others

I dealt with Julio and Scott at RestoreMasters. Julio provided great communication and was very responsive. It was such a relief for him to directly communicate with the Insurance Adjuster. Restoremasters did an awesome job with our basement. We had a flood, and RM came in and worked within the insurance budget to deliver carpet that's frankly superior to what we had prior.On top of that, our insurance delayed the payment for six months (!) and RM was extremely patient in helping us work with our insurance company to secure the payment without penalty.I cannot recommend them highly enough. I'm a rabid fan of RestoreMasters.

Do not use these guys. They are cheap and cut corners to make more money off of you. We have mainly been dealing with Mike and Scott. My grandparents kitchen caught on fire a year ago today (February 11, 2020) and we are still having problems with them, when this was all supposed to be done by the beginning of October (which was already originally July) which would be fine if we were getting high quality service, that is not the case. They were told to order a Dutch door for the backdoor, at first we were told that their supplier could not provide a Dutch door, just a regular one. After doing our own research we found one at Home Depot that we wanted and they said they had ordered it and it would be there by the beginning of September. Well when it arrived it was a regular door, and then they accused us of not informing them that we specifically wanted a Dutch door but luckily we had saved the text conversation. They said they would order the correct door and it would be here within 6-10 weeks, well that was at the beginning of September and here we are 20+ weeks later and still, no door. Our biggest problems have been with the kitchen cabinets. My grandfather hand built the cabinets that were originally in the kitchen 40+ years ago and they were beautiful. We knew we would not be able to get the quality of hand made cabinets that once was, but when we were given was not even close satisfactory. After the first installation we found holes left by hammerheads, different quality cabinets that didn't match, and some sections where the top layer had been ripped off. We are now on our 3rd attempt of fixing these darn cabinets and we are still not satisfied. They are not good at communicating and it takes sending multiple texts over the course of multiple days to get a response. We have had to threaten legal action multiple times and are still considering it. Save your money and time and go somewhere where they care about the customers and the work they are doing.*UPDATE 2/12/2021: Just found out they didn't even order the Dutch door in September, but on January 15th 2021..... ugh. We have told our insurance provider to never recommend these people.

There is only one word i can think of when asked about Mike Shurtliff of Restormasters is gluttonous. All I want to do is warn you about this man. And if you request a refund for work that hasn't been done he won't do it. He doesn't take responsibility for his company. He talks to you with absolute respect and seems confident but it is absolutely 100% a fake front. Do not fall for it. All he wants is money.I had a fire in my house shortly after losing my sister and all of her personal items were lost in this fire. Moving into the sixth month of cutting corners and not really moving forward i checked with my insurance company to go over the list of repairs and replacements and noticed he was being paid for items he refused to replace with equivalent or close to, or wasn't even in my home to begin with... I cried to this man to refund us the amount and no longer wanted to work with him so we could just move on and get our home fixed, he got more and more Condescending and Arrogant .After all that was said and done he is still refusing to refund us any of our money. And honestly it is my fault that we had paid him most of the money upfront but we honestly thought he was an upstanding honest man.Please don't be fooled. Do not hire this company.I honestly feel terrible for his employees. He is not a man you want to be working with or for.

Patrick came out quickly and accessed the damage. He then got us in touch with the crew to get our home dried out. Haws came and took down all the wet sheet rock and other stuff. He then got fans and the dehumidifier going. Then he came out and collected all the equipment. They were very clean and organized. Justin then came out and was very thorough and took the time to answer questions and concerns we had. Patrick is now working to get us the money for our repairs. Thanks for all the help in this stressful time.

We had a leak in our kitchen sink while we were gone. By the time it was discovered , the basement family room was flooded . Restoremasters came out with our insurance agent. Within 2 hours they had a cleanup crew there. Kelby, Austin and Maloy were amazing . They worked till after 6 without even stopping. The next day another crew came in. Patrick, Davey and Jr. were all extremely helpful, friendly and professional in resolving our basement flood. We were on a tight timeline to get the property squared away for renters coming in. They came when they said they would, did the work they quoted and completed the job early. The quality of work was great and the basement looked (and smelled) like nothing had happened. They communicated with us throughout the process to make sure we were happy and understood the billing process between them and the insurance company. We would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

Just had Juan Batalla and his team finish up my home. Now waiting for paint to dry. He was fantastic and quick. It only took 2 days for him to finish up my open walls from the water damage that i sustained. The process definitely took a longer than anticipated. We went through some bumps in the beginning with multiple changes in project managers which was really frustrating because no one knew what was going on and some fall through on their part to keep me informed with some other situations. The new project manager mike was so much better to work with. He called and made sure i was getting taken care of and returned my calls when i had questions. service from their technician that he sent out was so amazing. Thanks juan!
